| Times stated above are departure times, please be tacked and ready at appointed time. |
| Current Coggins must be available for inspection at each meet and a Release must be on file for every rider annually. |
| Members are responsible for calling regarding weather conditions/possible cancellations. |
| Parking - please respect local landowners property, specifics noted above. Always tie horses on "off" side of road. |

| Guests are welcomed and encouraged with permission of the Masters. |
| Members are responsible for communicating proper attire, hunting etiquette, and introducing their guests to the Masters. |
| Members inviting guests are responsible for communicating and assuring collection of a Capping fee - Adults $40, Jr.'s $20 |
| Guests and Social members may Cap two times per season and then membership will be required to continue hunting |

| Please contact the Master before hunting as a guest at another hunt when traveling or vacationing. It is correct for the MFH of the visitor to contact the MFH |
| of the visited hunt before the trip takes place. |
